All digital products are delivered electronically through platforms such as Google Drive, Mega, or similar services.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access has been provided, no refunds, cancellations, or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

By purchasing digital products, you agree that:

  • You will not request a refund after receiving access
  • You will not share, distribute, or resell the product
  • Results from digital products are not guaranteed

Physical Products

We offer a 5-day return and refund policy for physical products.

You may request a return or refund within 5 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return:

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

Non-Refundable Cases

Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback after receiving a digital product will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to deny future services and take appropriate action.
